The 2019 Lagoon 450S is equipped with a robust and efficient electrical system designed to support all your sailing & liveaboard needs. It features a number of aftermarket upgrades including high-capacity batteries, 1900W of solar panels, an 11 kVA generator and 3 inverters, this catamaran ensures a steady power supply for navigation, lighting, and appliances.

Shore power connections and an integrated charging system make recharging straightforward, while appropriate circuit protection provides safety and peace of mind during your voyages.

POWER CIRCUIT DC – 12V

  • 2 harnessed 125A alternators (1 on each engine)
  • 2 start batteries 12V – 110Ah  800CCA
  • 1 dedicated Generator starter battery – 100AH – 800CCA
  • 990 Amp hour house bank – 6 x Victron 165 Ah Deep Cycle batteries (New Oct 2023 – 2 yr warranty)

SOLAR

  • 1900W Solar Panel Installation on custom heavy duty Stainless steel Arch – 5 x 380w Bisol Premium Duplex (New Oct 2023)
  • 3 x Victron Energy MPPT SmartSolar (2 x 150/70 & 1 x 100/30) (New Oct 2023)

AC 220-240 V

  • Generator – 11kVA Cummins/Onan 220v/50Hz (200 hours)

  • Victron Centaur 100 Amp 220v shore power/generator battery charger (new Oct 2023)

  • 2 Factory fitted battery chargers (60Amp & 40Amp)
  • 2000 W Inverter powering the whole boat.
  • 1 x small dedicated always on inverter for Starlink.
